Kiribati Floating Houses

The design comprises a system of pentagonal-shaped platforms, which can be easily connected in the terms of needs. These modules have an overall area of 85 m2, with each side of the pentagon measuring 5.75 meters. When this pieces connected each other they define sectors that supplies clean water, energy and also these sectors shaping by the needs such as agriculture, fish farming, sheep and goat breeding. The middle of the sectors every house is a green area to accommodate all the necessary tools for families to be self-sufficient. This includes a backyard greenhouse,a vegetable garden. Roofs are working for a water purification system and solar panels. Thus some sectors has it's own farming area both conventional and hydroponics. Sectors that are located in the water also do fish farming.
