Personal data we process
On the careers application form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the position you apply for, your message and the portfolio or CV file you attach.
To prevent abuse when the form is sent, a one-way hash derived from your IP address is kept for one hour; the IP address itself is not stored.
When you email us: your email address and the content of the correspondence.
The site does not use cookies or track visitors (see the Cookie policy).
Purposes and legal grounds
To assess your application, contact you and carry out steps towards a possible employment or internship relationship (KVKK Art. 5/2-c); to prevent misuse of the form and keep information secure (Art. 5/2-f, legitimate interest). The explicit consent you give with the form checkbox (Art. 5/1) is also a basis for this processing.
Transfers
Your data is not shared with or sold to third parties. Applications are stored on the server in Türkiye where the site is hosted. Application notifications are delivered to Seedarc’s mailbox through our business email provider, whose servers may be located abroad (European Union). Data may be shared with authorised public bodies where the law requires it.
Retention
Applications and attached files are kept for 12 months and are then permanently deleted automatically. If you would like them deleted sooner, simply write to us.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and its deletion or destruction; to request that these actions are notified to the recipients; to object to an outcome against you resulting from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
